Sunflower Soule Farm Mission: Sunflower Soule’s Farm mission is to provide organically grown produce that is accessible to all members of the community regardless of income. We strive to bridge the gap between food “apartheid” zones and food oases. We are dedicated to continuing our efforts to advocate for food justice in BIPOC communities.

Meet Chef Mel, owner and operator
Melanie Carter ,(Chef Mel), is a freelance chef and farmer .
Melanie believes in providing the best service possible, and strives to use the best organic ingredients in her cooking and meal planning.
Melanie attended Washburne School of Culinary Arts and the Triton College Culinary program for her formal culinary training.
